Terms of service

The service is provided by EUTETIC S.R.L., VAT number 03354590600, registered at Via Carlo Alberto Dalla Chiesa 1B, 03023 Ceccano (FR), Italia. Contact: [email protected].

By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. Contributor and product analytics are optional programmes with separate choices; neither is part of accepting these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and eligible to use the service in your declared country. The beta is intended for the EEA, United Kingdom, and United States, except territories prohibited by law or a service provider. Country and network checks apply at registration; an existing user may travel unless a legal or provider restriction applies.

The service is a beta. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn. There is no public monthly uptime commitment or guaranteed recovery time.

An account is personal. Keep its credentials confidential, use accurate registration information, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Email verification is required. A Free user may have one active session, and signing in again replaces the prior session.

Each organization has exactly one Admin and no more than three occupied seats, including pending invitations. Admins control membership and Spaces but cannot read another member's private chats. Editors and Members receive only the permissions and Space assignments described in the product.

An invitation is personal to the verified email address, expires after seven days, and may be used once. Do not forward or sell it.

The Free entitlement includes one organization owned by the user, one Space, up to three seats, 100,000,000 bytes of counted storage, and 3,000,000 provider-billed tokens per monthly anniversary cycle in UTC. Input, output, reasoning, and cache tokens all count.

A Contributor-eligible organization may receive 6,000,000 tokens while every active member has opted in for that organization. Contributor is voluntary; declining never blocks service access. The product displays the authoritative current entitlement.

At a quota limit, a run stops while preserving partial output. New runs remain unavailable until capacity is released or the monthly token cycle renews. Eutetic may apply operational capacity controls and return a temporary busy response rather than queueing an HTTP request.

You keep your rights in content and data you submit. You give Eutetic the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit to configured providers, and display that material to provide and secure the service.

You are responsible for having the right and a lawful basis to connect a database, upload a file, invite a member, publish an artifact to a Space, or submit third-party data. Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, malware, unlawfully obtained data, prohibited sensitive categories, or content that infringes another person's rights.

Live PostgreSQL access is read-only and subject to technical limits, but you remain responsible for the query and its effects on the source system. Keep an independent copy of important source data; Eutetic storage is not a backup service.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review important analysis, code, queries, artifacts, and proposed actions before relying on them. Eutetic does not provide legal, medical, financial, safety, or other regulated professional advice.

Approval mode asks you to confirm each external action. Full Access authorizes bounded actions supported by the product, but it never includes changing PostgreSQL credentials or sources or removing sources. You are responsible for the access mode you select and for approvals made under your account.

A browser disconnection does not stop an active run. Use the product's cancel control when you intend to stop one.

Chats are private to their author and are not publicly shareable in V1. Artifacts remain private until an authorized user explicitly publishes a separate copy to a Space. Organization exports exclude private chats and private attachments.

Runtime conversations and related material have a 14-day inactivity retention period. Uploaded files are quarantined until automated type checks pass and are never executed by the service. If you need to preserve an allowed result, export it or publish the appropriate artifact before that period ends.

You must not:

• access another person's account, organization, Space, chat, source, credential, or artifact without authorization
• bypass quotas, approval controls, geographic restrictions, security checks, rate limits, or technical boundaries
• probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or use the service to attack Eutetic or any third party
• upload malware or use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or rights-infringing activity
• use output as the sole basis for a decision with legal or similarly significant effects about a person
• resell access or share account credentials

We may suspend access needed to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law. We may report serious misuse to the relevant provider or authority where required.

Eutetic and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, brand, documentation, system prompts, and tools. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta as provided.

Feedback about the service may be used to improve it without identifying you or disclosing your private content. Joining the separate Contributor programme is not required to provide ordinary product feedback.

The beta is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, provider failure, capacity, security work, or an incident may interrupt it. The founder decides when to open the service, enter maintenance, or respond publicly to an incident.

We may change models, limits, features, or these Terms. If a Terms change materially affects an existing account, we will present the new version as required rather than treating silence as acceptance.

You may delete your account from settings after entering your password and the required confirmation phrase. Deletion is immediate in live systems, subject to organization succession and the seven-day encrypted backup window described in the Privacy Notice.

An organization can be deleted only through support after Admin verification. If an Admin deletes their account, administration passes to the oldest eligible Editor, then Member; if no successor exists, the organization is deleted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to those mandatory rules, Eutetic is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, loss caused by an external source or provider, or a decision made without appropriate review of AI output.

Italian law governs these Terms, without removing mandatory protections available to a consumer in their country of residence. The competent court follows applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.
