Using the site means these terms apply to you. If you do not accept them, the remedy is to stop using it.

They cover this website: the public pages and the demo you reach after logging in.

They do not cover a box installed in a workshop, or the readings it takes from your machines. That relationship lives in a signed contract with your company. Where the contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.

The demo runs on sample data. The machines, the orders, the hours and the parts you see there are made up for the purpose of showing how the thing reads. Nothing in it describes a real workshop, and nothing in it is a measurement of anything.

If you import your own dataset, the figures come out of your file and stay in your browser. We never receive it, so we cannot check it, back it up or restore it. Keep the original.

Nothing shown in the demo is advice, and no number in it is a commitment about what a box will report on your shop floor.

There is no public registration. We open accounts ourselves, for people we have agreed to give access to. An account is personal to you.

• Keep your password to yourself. Passwords are at least twelve characters, and you should not reuse one from somewhere else.
• Do not share your login, and do not let someone else use it. What happens under your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.
• We can suspend or close an account — for a breach of these terms, or simply because the access it was opened for has ended.

While you are here, please do not:

• try to get into parts of the site that are not yours, or into anyone else's account
• probe, scan or stress-test the site, or try to get round its security
• scrape the site automatically, or hammer it with traffic beyond ordinary use
• copy the pages, the design or the code to build something of your own
• send anything through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or somebody else's to send
• use the site in any way that breaks the law where you are

Any of these is enough for us to cut off access, and serious cases go to the authorities.

The site, its code, its text, its design, the video and the eutetic name are ours, or used by us with permission. Looking at the site does not transfer any of it to you. You may read the pages, print them and quote them normally, with attribution — you may not republish them as your own or reuse them commercially without our written agreement.

A dataset you import into the demo stays yours. It never reaches us, so we make no claim over it.

We keep the site up because we want it up, not because we have promised you a percentage. It can go down, be taken down for maintenance, or change without notice, and a demonstration site is not something to build a working day around.

We may change what the demo does, or withdraw it, at any time. Access granted to you can be withdrawn the same way.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be free of errors, and we do not promise the sample data behaves like your machines will.

We are liable for damage we cause you by our own fault, to the extent Italian law makes us — and Italian law does not let anyone exclude liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor cut back the rights consumers have. Within those limits, we are not answerable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for a decision you took on the strength of figures shown in the demo.

If we link out to another site, what happens there is not ours to answer for.

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy, and what is stored on your device is set out in the cookie policy. Both are part of these terms.

We can update this page. The date at the top tells you when we last did. If a change matters and you have an account, we tell you — silence in your inbox means nothing substantial has moved. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.

Italian law governs these terms. Disputes go to the court of the place where we are registered — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a case in the court where you are.
